In Crestline, The Hub will become wedding and event venue
Two Madison High School graduates, Vanessa Smith and Alyssa Huss, are operating the new business in the building owned by Joe and Gretchen Dzugan, who renovated the former Rite Aid building on Seltzer Street, and have been seeking the right tenant for it.
Smith said someone told Joe Dzugan to reach out to her and her husband, who own the business Create, Restore and More that refinishes and builds furniture. Dzugan found them at their booth during the Prairie Peddler Festival.
My husband talked to him and he said, Hey, I have this building; I don t really know what to do with it, she said. ....
