Successful in getting people prep is having the navigators that help them arrange the appropriate insurance and find providers willing to provide it, so we have a three pronged approach for what is needed for prep. We need assistance from providers. There are providers not comfortable providing prep so support for the new prep clinics and training on line tools and assistance for the users and we still have the disparities and we need the information about availability into the communities most impacted by hiv. We would like to set up a user hot line so people can call and get information. We have several folks from the department of Public Health, from ucsf, San Francisco aids foundation. The fabulous folks from [inaudible] joining us. Thanks ted and matt.
