THE Cebu City Government has withdrawn the legal assistance it vowed to provide to the family of Ritchie Nepomuceno, the woman who was gunned down after filing a complaint against 11 cops of the Sawang Calero Police Station for alleged rape and extortion.
In an interview, Cebu City Legal Officer Rey Gealon said the Cebu City Government chose not to intervene anymore after receiving reports from the local police that Nepomuceno was allegedly involved in illegal drugs.
