THE Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) will host the 7th Southern Tagalog Regional Association of State Universities and Colleges (Strasuc) Culture and Arts Festival on Oct. 16-22, 2023.OMSC President Elbert Edaniol told the Manila Times in an interview that the college accepted the hosting to showcase the rich cultural heritage of Occidental Mindoro province. He said that this year s theme, Pag-usahon para sa Sining: A Celebration of Multiculturalism, echoes their collective effort to come together for the exhibit of our diverse cultures through the arts. He added this annual regional gathering stands as a testament to their one accord, to honor and celebrate their diverse origins.
