Several utility watchdog groups say pg e will be making a profit on this work. Today you set a precedent. Do you allow a utility responsible for the deaths of eight citizens, friends, and family, to profit as a direct result of that tragedy . Commissioners, i urge you to approve judge bushys decision to make sure pg e pays its fair share of pipeline testing and replacement. On the whole the decision has been carefully crafted to make sure pg e does not profit from the explosion in san bruno. Why would ratepayers have to pay for work thats long overdue .
