Governor Doug Ducey has signed Senate Bill 1457 into law which Cathy Herrod of the Center for Arizona Policy says will prohibit discrimination against unborn children if they have a treatable condition such as Down syndrome and Cystic Fibrosis. “Abortions of these special vulnerable children will no longer be legal in the state of Arizona,” she tells One News Now.
