Mar 12, 2021 La Crosse/Blue Earth – Susan Berndt, of La Crosse, Wisconsin, formerly of Blue Earth, passed away unexpectedly of a heart attack at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester on Friday, March 5, 2021, she was 58. Her funeral service will be held at a later date, Patton Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements, www.PattonFH.com. Susan Lynn Berndt, was the youngest of five daughters born to Arnold Victor and Viola Vera (Ehrich) Berndt on Aug. 15, 1962 in Blue Earth. She was raised and educated in Blue Earth, graduating from Blue Earth High School. She went on to attend Mankato VoTech and then worked in Fairmont for a few years. She moved to La Crosse, Wisconsin in 1990 to be closer to family. Susan loved many things with her whole being. She loved to ride her bicycle and go to the swimming pool. She loved walking the dog, Barkley. She loved her family and the many get-togethers they had. She also loved the casino and playing slot machines and she loved even more winning a
