　　权凤云，1963年10月出生，1990年4月加入中国共产党。中共承德市第十二、十三届党代表。曾任滦平县职教中心、滦平县委党校副校长，现任中共滦平县委党校党支部副书记。曾被评为“河北省优秀园丁”、河北省三八红旗手；多次获市县优秀共产党员称号。2019年享受承德市劳模待遇。
