Castillo prosazuje reformu ústavy
Nový prezident Peru Pedro Castillo se ujal úřadu. Při svém prvním prezidentském projevu uvedl, že chce skrze referendum prosadit novou ústavu.
Změny chystá i v ekonomice, uvedla agentura Reuters. Castillo také řekl, že nebude obývat prezidentský palác, který je spjatý se španělským dobyvatelem Franciscem Pizarrem. Bývalý vesnický učitel Castillo těsně zvítězil v červnových volbách.
Jednapadesátiletý Castillo uvedl, že podá návrh zákona, který umožní sepsat novou ústavu. Text by měl sepsat ústavodárný sněm a pak by o něm Peruánci měli hlasovat v referendu.
