Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes & Crematory wants to turn over a new leaf for Lancaster County’s funeral businesses following the conviction of former funeral director Andrew T. Scheid.
A former Pennsylvania funeral director who’s now serving prison time after being convicted on charges that he abused corpses, is now facing charges that he neglected animals on his property, according to reports.
Scheid is charged with starving a cow to death and letting multiple other cows become over 100 pounds underweight. A cat was also found caged without food or water.
