Diversions to Lake Casitas via the Robles diversion facility have ceased after the lake level reached the spillway elevation of 567.00 feet, lake officials said on April 23.
For the first time in 26 years, Lake Casitas is within -0.03 feet of being 100% full, according to the Ventura County Watershed Protection District, which puts the lake level
