Each participating station will also need to consider specific governing state laws pertaining to radio contests. In Florida for example, audio of an out-of-state winner cannot be broadcast unless there is full disclosure of the city and state where that winner is located.
The following rules shall govern the Spring 2021 Cash Contest “Go Fund Yourself”.
These contest-specific rules should be read in conjunction with WYBB/98 Rock
‘s General Contest Rules, which are applicable to all contests conducted by WYBB
. The Spring 2021 Cash Contest may also be called by any of the names included in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
