SHREVEPORT, La. - Concerned about the upkeep of a family grave site and the little action from Carver Cemetery in Shreveport, KTBS viewer Maxine Walker reached out to get answers. Walker said her family has about 10 plots at Carver Cemetery, and over half of them are used by late family members. âIt makes me feel bad. It s just like they re thrown away,â said Walker about her disappointment on her family s grave upkeep as she and her sister on Wednesday checked out the cemetery. âThe cemetery itself is unkept,â said Walker. âI mean, today, it looks a little better than it normally has. But Iâve come out here and the grass has been up to my knees.â ....
