She ordered them to change how they do it. She said its racially profiling the people they stop. The majority of the folks they stop are either latino or africanamerican. She says its simply racial profiling. Its over representing people and you cant do that. Its not looking at suspicious paper, its not random. It is profiling. She wants to look at the program to make sure the city makes changes, gather more data in selected precincts to wear body cameras when they do stop and frisks so courts can get a better idea of how it works. Itis not a finding that the entire program is unconstitutional and the city has to stop it, its instead an order to change it
