The Carroll Board of County Commissioners on Thursday unanimously voted to authorize $6.6 million in bond allocations to Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development’s mortgage program on behalf of the county.
The Carroll Board of County Commissioners voted 3-2 Tuesday to adopt a $700.7 million budget for fiscal 2023, which begins July 1. In three additional, but separate votes, the board approved the property tax rate with no increase, water and sewer rates, and solid waste fees.
