Both schools have a good claim to make. University of georgia was first. Ed they received their charter in 1785. The unc charter came a few years later, but unc was first open. We knew today was going to be cloudier and a little more damp. It is. As you take a look at storm tracker6 live double scan weve had decent showers pushing through reading, the legal getting that now. The farther north you go theres a little bit of blue and we have that concern up north of some possible freezing rain. Theres also another cluster of showers down south. In the middle in philadelphia nothing right now although were expecting more rain to move in and cover more of the region probable around midday. As we take a look the freezing rain advisory still up until 10 oclock, its mainly Northampton County and points north into the poconos. Just be careful up there if you do see rain in these areas, it might be freezing up on the roads in some spots. As we take a look wide there is additional rain out by pittsburgh.
