Jay Tuckey, who is with the road commission, attended the township’s board of trustee’s meeting to explain the commission’s roadside spraying program to vegetative growth in ditches. “There would be no cost to the township for this,” said Tuckey. “(Spraying) would be 16 feet back from the edge of traveled roads if there is no definitive line on the right of way. ....
