Larry and Carla Gifford, both 69 years-old, hold a photo of their son Zach in their Colorado Springs, Co. home recently. They lost their son, Zach, almost a year ago when he was shot in the back by Kiowa County Sheriff s officers during a traffic stop in Brandon, Co. Information regarding the details of the shooting have been sparse even with one of the officers being charged and Larry Gifford said, We ultimately want to see justice served and the truth come out .
