I dont want to commit to hundreds, but they were believed to be inside the building at 31st avenue and international boulevard at the fruitvale neighborhood. Lets go to vic. Reporter this is the 3100 block of east 12th street. Behind me is the building. A little while ago you could see during the last live shot a lot of the dump trucks here staging. Now its ceased. Take a closer look. This is where the dump trucks have been coming in and out. It was, if you will, a staging area for the cleanup. We have seen some pretty strange things coming out. The most unusual, if you will, was workers taking out what was definitely missile heads. Thats right. The ones that you fire off. Two missile heads they were taking off, in fact, taking out, in fact, in an hour. Now, this building is an artists colony. A lot of a vaunt guard work here. Missiles are strange. Art space. And theres a staircase in the middle just made out of no structure whatsoever. Its just piled different stuff up to reach to the top floor. Alameda county officials have called the warehouse kind of like a maze inside. Theres a map of where everything kind of was. The bay area news posted this. The floor plan here. You can see the first floor is mostly an open area and then in the corner, what theyre calling a makeshift kitchen and thats near the main entrance. When you get to the second floor, and thats where a lot of the bodies have been recovered were, it looks like there were four rooms. From all the photos weve seen, the entire warehouse is full of a lot of wooden items, a lot of pieces of art, so you can imagine what it would be like to try to get out of there when there is a hot fire and there are people running in all directions.
