When officers arrived he was limping down the street he was shot in the foot. Police say that a 71yearold man pushed his wife down on the couch and that pulled a gun on a party guest that was in is 70s. He approached him and told him to get out of the house or he would shoot him. They went out onto the porch and the victim confronted the suspect. He said, you are not going to shoot me.
