SA licensed clubs and pubs use Vix Vizion face recognition

More than 80% of licensed pubs and clubs in South Australia have adopted Vix Vizion s Imagus face recognition technology, according to the company.
The takeup of Imagus follows the South Australian Government s requirement that pubs and clubs where gaming and gambling occurs must have a face recognition system in place.
The idea is to simplify the detection of individuals who have placed themselves on the self-exclusion register.
Imagus was one of the first two certified solutions, although that number soon grew to eight.
Despite the competition, Vix Vizion has acquired a market share of well over 80%, the company stated. ....
