In a statement, the Police Regional Office-Caraga (PRO-13) said the operation carried out Tuesday is in line with the MKK=K program of the Philippine National Police under the leadership of Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. The MKK=K program stands for Malasakit, Kaayusan, Kapayapaan, at Kaunlaran. The operation also led to the arrest of AJ Vincent Montelibano, 18, of Barangay 2.
Police Lieutenant Joven Mogato, chief of Police Station 2, said Montelibano was arrested after he sold a sachet of shabu to a police undercover around 9:05 p.m.

The suspects were identified as Arnold Baquirin Baylon, 23; Danfer Alvarado Inopia, 25; and Kenjohn Misa Socuano, a 21-year-old housekeeper.
The Mandaluyong City police said Baylon and Inopia were nabbed on February 2 during its Oplan Bulabog operation in Welfareville Compound.
The suspects were spotted playing Cara Y Cruz with a group of men who immediately fled the scene after seeing the policemen. The officers caught Baylon and Inopia but their cohorts eluded arrest.
Meanwhile, Socuano was arrested early Wednesday morning in the same area by Patrolman Reynaldo Gutierrez and Patrolman Darwin Molano also playing Cara Y Cruz with a group of men.
