Grasso Boulevard early Thursday later died of his injuries, according to police. Capt. Anthony Duff said via email that the man was struck by a tow truck on the boulevard at its intersection with Lamberton Street. “The tow truck driver remained at the scene. An ambulance transported the adult male victim to Yale New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced deceased,” Duff said. “The crash remains under investigation by the NHPD Accident Reconstruction Team.” ....
