Scott Muller joins SCA in new head of insights role July 23, 2021 9:13 Respected radio programmer and consultant Scott Muller has been tapped by Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) to lead the radio network’s content insight strategy in a newly created role. Muller will become head of content insights at SCA, which will see him lead the delivery of research-driven, practical, and relevant insights across all SCA’s audio assets to the content leadership team. Muller will also work alongside the SCA iQ team, to help generate insights in inform content-related decision making, across the Hit and Triple M networks, as well as LiSTNR.
