Of this hearing. It has been quite a night, as well as staff. To the bureau of urban forestry, i think working with the sfmta to ultimately have a net gain of trees, in this area, by the 53 trees that are planted, it pretty entrepreneurial and a way to Work Together with city agencies to make sure we are doing things and hopefully disrupting this Community Less by having these projects be aligned. At the same time, i think it is incumbent upon us to maintain some trust by ensuring that we hold ourselves to the same standards that we would hold anybody else before this body. Even the exercise of finding the contractor, and all of that stuff may happen, that is the process we have and that is a process we would ask any of the contractor to go through. Even if it feels odd, i think it is worth it to go through. That is what we ask others to do. We should not we should be subject to the same standard. That said, i find this permit was properly issued with the one issue that they should fin
Were required to go for lead goal on this project and meet as many features as possible in the budget. This is an emergency staging site right now. That combined with the fact that we are serving youth is driving us to go for a more robust, seismic performance standard. This shows the landscape. We worked with the trust for public land along side the studio. Playground here. Its anticipated that the ground floor multipurpose room would be largely youth serving. So theres visibility between the multipurpose room as well as the Basketball Court out to the playground. The idea was that the outdoor Basketball Court could also serve as a platform for festivals. There are some concrete steps above the court, again allowing for viewing and an informal hanging out space for the older youth. Some benches and we anticipate a mix of some playground struc

The community had for the c. O. F. Raised 30,000 for playground equipment. And then in addition at this time was able to raise an additional 150,000 for playground equipment through the Public Health foundation. So as i mentioned before at Capital Committee, the grant award that was a federal grant was actually retained detained in washington awaiting some signatures for them to give us the award money. So we couldnt start the project. At the time, i started to go to all the different communities around there to let them know what we were doing with the project because some time had passed, especially since 94124 had Extensive Community outreach at the time and there was a lot of support for the project during that time. When i went out, the Community Requested to be able to have an area where they can have Community Events on a lawn, such as picnic tables, bouncy houses, barbecues, things like that. Because we had most of the area dedicated to the field, it was hard to have it along k
