jon: a fox news alert for you now, we re getting word that the feds plan to remove that temporary cap from the blown-out bp gulf well and lift some of the key equipment that s been on the seaboard back to the surface. you might remember after that well blew out this april when the deepwater horizon caught fire and sank, at first it was simply gushing oil uninhibited into the gulf. it took several tries and a couple of months, but they finally got that temporary cap put in place. well, now they have sealed the actual well itself, the one that goes into the sea floor and beyond, with cement and drilling mud, sealed it from the bottom, sealed it from the top. therefore, that temporary capp can come off cap can come off, they think, now. it helped collect some of the oil as it was gushing.
