Officers found Cox dead in her Colonial Grand at Canyon Pointe apartment complex around 2:43 a.m. on March 31, after police received a 911 shoot/stab hotshot call. Multiple callers had reported the sound of a door being kicked in and multiple shots being fired in the area. Austin Police Department told reporters in a news conference early Wednesday officers received calls on reports of gunshots and a disturbance around 3 a.m. at the Colonial Grand at Canyon Pointe Apartments in the 9700 block of Farm-to-Market Road 620. When officers arrived to the scene, they found a woman who had been shot within the apartment complex. She dead at the scene. ....
By News 3 Staff Dec 18, 2020 LAS VEGAS (KSNV) Hash House A Go Go is opening a new location in the west Las Vegas valley, and they ll be hiring up to 100 people for new positions. The restaurant says it will hold a hiring fair Thursday through Saturday, Dec. 17-19, for 80 to 100 positions. Jobs include servers, bartenders, managers, bussers, prep cooks and dishwashers. A spokesperson says prior experience in a high volume restaurant is required. Applications must be completed online at the Hash House A Go Go website before an interview. Walk-ins are welcome as times become available. Applicants are asked to be fully prepared for interviews, which will be conducted in-person, and face coverings are required. Interviews will take place between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. each day. ....
