The question is, have the events of the last two months since the budget was released convinced the administration that doubling of the vipr program is needed to address current threats . I appreciate the Attention Congress is giving to tsa resources and i will tell you this, mr. Chairman, if i were to receive more vipr teams, i would be aible to put them to use you an put them to use across the transportation system. I would be able to deploy them more effectively with our partners in the surface world and would deploy them to more public areas of our aviation environment.
