( Novo19 ), an unlisted reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta, is pleased to announce it has entered an amalgamation agreement dated January 12, 2021 (the Definitive Agreement ) with Nobel Resources Corp. ( Nobel ), a private resource company incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
