Lawyer takes on critical race theory in California

Critical race theory training for California s state employees has led to widespread discrimination, according to a class-action lawsuit led by attorney David Pivtorak.
The basics of the lawsuit in its most simplest terms is that some of California’s agencies, specifically the California Natural Resources Agency and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, essentially started implementing what would constitute racial quotas into their hiring decisions, promotions, and training, he told the
