Campbell Properties out of Fargo, North Dakota, is behind the Pinehurst proposal to construct apartments on the property south of Hinckley Road between Douglas Fir Drive and Berrywood Drive.
The Campbell Development Pinehurst Apartments were recently before the Baxter Planning and Zoning Commission and the subject will be before the City Council Tuesday, April 19.
