Tuesday, May 11, 2021 SOUTH CHINA The Camden Hills varsity and junior varsity girls lacrosse teams hit the road Monday, May 24 to challenge Erskine Academy in South China, and both teams returned to the Midcoast victorious. Both squads will hit the road for its next contest Wednesday, May 26 as they travel to Bath to challenge Mount Ararat. Varsity: Camden Hills 16, Erskine Academy 2 The visiting Windjammers dominated the contest and carried a 12-0 advantage into the halftime pause. “We were fortunate to get off to a fast start and capitalize on some early opportunities,” said Camden Hills head coach Wade Ward. The varsity team will host Bangor for its next contest Saturday, May 22 at noon. The junior varsity team will be off until it travels with the varsity squad Monday, May 24 to challenge Erskine Academy.
