A 21-year-old former student at Sydney’s Knox Grammar is suing the elite private school after a locker fell on him, which he says left him disabled, News Corp reports. 02:34 EDT, 4 May 2021 An ex-student has taken one of Australia s most prestigious schools to court over claims he hasn t been able to work since leaving the college because of injuries sustained from a falling locker that was part of a prank gone wrong. Spencer Camden Foley, 21, filed a statement of claim against Knox Grammar School, in Wahroonga, Sydney s upper north shore, in March 2020. His claim lists three pages of injuries and disabilities that Mr Foley claims he has suffered because of the alleged incident, which include a brain haemorrhage, chronic headaches and visual impairment.
