Secondary roads and route 5 here that is very busy. There were plenty of problems. Take a look this afternoon, its very clear a little wet at this point. We saw hundreds of salt and plow trucks come through the area. They started with the pretreating overnight and the salting this morning and then at one point, they dropped the plows and thats when the heavy lifting started. They really did a great job of clearing especially the major thoroughfares here. Before that, i have to tell you it was accident after accident. Reports of cars into utility poles, cars off the roadways and cars into cars. We spoke to one woman who was driving her pickup truck down a hill and she said it was very icy and all of a sudden, she felt the impact. I was hit. I have going down the hill and the car was speeding behind me and try to slam on the brakes when they tried they fishtailed into me. It was a horrible day. Im so sorry. I have to answer this.
