The news that she used her private email while serving as secretary of state is raising questions about who had access to government information. Senior political reporter scott thuman is at the Capitol Hill Bureau with the latest developments on this story for us this evening. Hello, scott . Good evening, leon. You know, that email issue is heating up quite a bit and that question, was it wrong or more so, was it, perhaps, even illegal for then secretary of state Hillary Clinton using her personal email account, her personal server based at her house in new york to conduct business. Just a block here from the capital, that question is now being posed before a judge. Clintons emails have long been sought after by critics who question everything she did from discussions over israeli war plans to what happened surrounding the attack in benghazi. Theres a lot to be figured out here. Clinton did respond only via a tweet in this matter tweeting out she wants the public to see all her emails.
