In February, four website domains featuring the names of city council candidates Amyn Gilani (GilaniForColleyville.com and AmynForCollyeville.com) and Kurt Meyer II (KurtForColleyville.com and MeyerForColleyville.com) were registered by Rigney Financial Services, according to the newspaper.
