As hopes build that the COVID-19 pandemic is fading, airlines hope to lure you back into the friendly skies.

Americans are starting to think about flying again and some airlines are expanding the routes they offer in hopes of luring new travelers into the skies.
Allegiant Air recently announced it will offer 34 new nonstop routes this summer. The new routes include major-metro destinations like San Diego, Los Angeles, Nashville and Portland, Oregon. (A complete list is available on Allegiant’s website.) ....

All Travelers to U.S. Need to Show Negative COVID Test Result

Anyone over the age of two planning on entering the U.S. after January 26 will need to be armed with a negative COVID test.All international passengers flying into the United States who are age two and older including returning U.S. citizens and permanent residents must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test prior to boarding, according to an order issued on January 12 by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The move was reinforced by a presidential proclamation signed by President Joe Biden on January 21, requiring the negative COVID test from international travelers prior to entry. ....
