Strategy to whatever Development Proposal we get and putting it up very up front and transparent, we would eliminate a lot of the uncomfortable guesswork and get to serious players coming up and talking to us. Also, would it be something that say, it wouldnt intimidate the giants. It wouldnt intimidate the warriors or Fishermans Warf, something the public could go, i can get behind Something Like this.
