Lets get you a look outside this morning from your Berkeley Cam skies. Well, theyre not crystal clear. Weve got some low Cloud Cover, sitting above berkeley. And in fact, some dense fog and portions across the Inland East Bay and then especially near the coastline up into the North Bay. Watch out for some lower visibility this morning. We do have some patchy dense fog having settled into many parts of the Bay Area. Its going to be hanging out with us well, through this morning commute. So its going to be another great start to the morning fairly gray one along the coastline. Even into the afternoon. Well, inland areas will see some good clearing and some really comfortable weather, especially the further away from the coastline youre talking today. As for radar its dry out there could see some coastal drizzle at points
Right now. Gunfire erupted just after 5 00 on north fourth street. We have multiple calls out but no word yet on what led to the shooting or if any arrests have been made. Also breaking minutes ago, the mayor of windsor in Sonoma County is facing sexual assault accusations from six different women broke his silence this evening. He spoke in his own defense to the City Council. He is refusing to resign despite repeated calls from his colleagues and the public. He is denying the allegations just a short time ago he had this to say at an Emergency Town Council meeting on zero. I understand why so many people are upset, my first instinct would be to support women coming forward, too. The reason i am not coming down is because i know deep in my heart that i have done nothing criminally wrong and will eventually be cleared. I am not without faults but i am not a criminal. Thats 2 days before the state plans to expand eligibility to everyone 16 and older. And this is just the latest Bay Area County to let more people get the shots. Indeed. San francisco is also opening Vaccine Eligibility to everyone. 16 and older. That announcement was made this afternoon. The city had previously opened eligibility in that Age Range to certain zip codes. 8 of them. But now its everybody. Health officials say so far that 60 of all residents 16 and older have gotten at least one dose of the vaccine. San francisco is currently vaccinating 12,000 people a day on average and the state is set to open vaccine appointments. Everybody 16 and older starting on thursday. Another piece of good news here.
