Flooding is the costliest and the most common natural disaster to significantly impact communities across the United States, The PEW Charitable Trust notes in its reporting on flood-prepared communities. DkIT launch new Student Support Hub

Dundalk Institute of Technology have launched a new online Student Support Hub, part of the Gateway to Success project, which aims to make student support more flexible and accessible.
The Hub has been developed to meet the needs of DkIT students, after a needs analysis was conducted to identify student needs and identify how to extend supports.
The Hub is a one-stop shop for advice and support on all aspects of college life including wellbeing and health, academic and learning supports, disability, careers and placements. It will provide fresh and engaging content and interactive features such as videos and online booking. Given the current restrictions being imposed by the Covid pandemic it is even more important than ever that support is easily accessible and the Hub provides this by being available anytime from anywhere, across multiple devices. ....
