it s about 24 hours from now when we ll have our best chance of seeing the snow showers. no rush. what? no rush. no rush on the snow. well, enjoy the rain. it will be the warmest day in almost two weeks today. temperatures may flirt close to 50 degrees for a time. already 51 in baltimore. 51 degrees in andrews air force base. 55 down in st. mary s county this morning. a lot colder,though, back out west into the blue ridge. 33 in martinsburg. 34 winchester. no widespread reports of freezing rain in the shenandoah valley. some pocke might be cold enough to support a little freezing rain, so be extra careful. there s more rain coming now. the heaviest across portions of central west virginiand eventually the cold air will be spilling in behind that band of heavy rain showers. we ll have the shows around for much of the day with temperatures climbing into the upper 40s to near 50 degrees. but after about 6:00 tonight, things really start to get colder. by tomorrow, cloudy
