SEED DISTRIBUTION. Representatives from two seed cooperatives involved in rice seeds distributions in Caraga Region were gathered by the Philippine Rice Institute Agusan (PhilRice-Agusan) on Monday (Nov. 29, 2021) to assess and improve the rice seeds distribution schemes in the region.
