ADAM ABSOLOM, 23, of Buttercup Square, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a Class B drug, on March 26, 2020 at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined £80, made to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and costs of £85. GORDON ALEXANDER NIMMO, 50, of Dirac Place, Didcot, admitted drug-driving on June 16 on the A4130, Didcot. He had 200mcg of cocaine in his blood, above the legal limit of 50mcg. He was fined £153, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months. STEVEN MATTHEW PUGH, 35, of Ypres Way, Abingdon, admitted two counts of fraud by false representation between November 3, 2019 and November 12, 2019 by using a bank card belonging to somebody else to stay at the Kingfisher and the Crown and Thistle Hotel, Abingdon. He was fined a total of £368 and must pay compensation of £450. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £37 and £85 in court costs. ....
