The MPD said they will close certain roads in preparation for the expected surge of devotees, especially on Saturday (January 9).
Below are the roads that will be closed by the MPD Traffic Enforcement Unit from 10 p.m. on Friday onwards. 
Southbound lane of Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo, from A. Mendoza Street/Fugoso Street to Carlos Palanca Street
Northbound Lane of Quezon Boulevard from Carlos Palanca Street to Fugoso Street
Westbound lane of España Boulevard from P. Campa Street to A Mendoza Street
Stretch of Evangelista Street from P. Paterno Street to Recto Avenue ....
