Maybe some americans are hearing this term for the first time. How would you best define those terms and differentiate a regionalism from Judicial Activism . First of all, the way to think about it is a judge has a deep sense of fairness and a sense of impartiality. When he is grounded in text and Original Meaning Of The Constitution, she is putting the text and the original meeting ahead of any political predisposition he may have. Thats the way a judge cases. Fairly and partially without regard to your own predispositions or prejudices. Sean a judicial activist assembly of a liberal put a liberal would want on the court . Somebody believes that the constitution is a living and Breathing Document that they have the right to almost legislate
Promised to help. During the campaign, President Elect trump put out a list of promises. He put out his contract for American Voter and in it, very specific promises for his first 100 days. Lowering taxes and tax reform. Free and fair trade deals to protect American Workers and their jobs. Fixing our nations infrastructure and sending education back to the states and school choice. Repealing and replacing obamacare. Affordable child care, pulling a border wall, keeping community safe, rebuilding our nations military and doing what he calld draining the swamp. If he can keep those promises come of this country will be in a much better place one year from now, two years from now, four years from now. So on the eve of this inauguration, my advice for the incoming president is very simple. Dont let the washington establishment, republican establishment, democratic establishment, Media Establishment that in the way of

thanks for having me on. but i think it s a stunning development. and i am so pleased that congress is being so careful in maintaining the confidentiality of mr. trump s social security number. irs takes the number one priority is to maintain the confidentiality of tax returns. and they ve done a fantastic job over the years of doing that. and i think everybody can take pride in that. but let s face it, mr. trump has been quite a financial wizard, or at least so he claims. let s see if those tax returns reflect his business wizardry. i suspect you re going to see massive losses on his corporate returns, which will then some of which will be carried over to his personal returns. and so then the question is how can someone who s reporting massive multimillion dollar business losses year after year
