So much water that the risk of flooding extends miles and miles beyond the coast of the carolinas, days into next week, and could impact places like ohio, maryland, west virginia, and georgia. More than 20 Million People face the threat of the storm. More than 1. 5 million are currently under a mandatory evacuation. Plus if the forecasts are accurate, florence will hit farther north on the east coast than any other category 4 hurricane in history. I canwe are planning for devastation.
