Doesn t last centuries, without continuously reinventing itself. and i think that s the challenge for us. your company is focused on manufacturing, given what you produce. yes. so you want it to flourish, but detroit itself, how do you make it? how is a business component in this city, a make it a place that can flourish. we showed a chart, detroit is number one in manufacturing growth in 2012. i get that. but then you walk around detroit and you see blighted buildings everywhere, you see the many people have left, how does the business community help address that? well, i think one of the things that we re doing at carhart is supporting those organizations that are trying to rebuild the city. we actually give there s a lot of hard work, physical hard work, being done to rebuild the city, to tear down those blighted buildings. we actually give product to those organizations. we give financial support. we volunteer our associates volunteer their time to help blight busters ....
