PARMA, Ohio The looming threat of spring showers and torrential rains leading to flooding issues finds Parma currently taking a proactive approach.
One area of focus is the Pleasant Valley and Ridge road intersection, which had to be briefly closed nearly two years ago after more than four inches of rain fell in the southwest portion of the city.
