FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Building permits issued by the city have increased 87 per cent from last year.
The City has already issued 59 building permits in the first six months of 2021 with a total construction value of $21.06 million.
According to the City’s Building Inspection Report for May, 13 permits were completed with a construction value of over $2.8 million. Permits were for single-family homes, suites, and garage and renovations.
