Located in the heart of San Bernardino at 424 E Hospitality Lane, unit B-7, Build A Scoop is hosting a Grand Opening celebration from 12 noon – 12 midnight on May 1st. Festivities will include free merchandise and discounts for the first 100 people in line and additional giveaways all night long.
